This bill prohibits smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, in enclosed public places and workplaces, including restaurants, bars, gaming facilities, private clubs, hotel/motels; as well as within 20 feet from: building entrances, outdoor seating areas of restaurants and bars, outdoor playgrounds, outdoor public transportation, and also outdoor stadiums and arenas, outdoor service lines, on outdoor property adjacent to state buildings, outdoor common areas of multi-unit housing, and in outdoor places of employment.
