Smoking Ban Still Up in the Air

Both sides in a ballot issue over an expanded smoking ban in South Dakota are preparing for the campaign.

Bars and gambling businesses obtained enough petition signatures to put the law to a statewide vote in Nov., 2010.

An American Cancer Society spokesman says supporters of the ban will use volunteers and donations to spread their message.

Opponents say they'll drum-up support for their side through word of mouth in bars, and perhaps with some advertising.
