City to hear clean-air resolution

This article published in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle noted:

"Local health officials plan to submit a resolution to the city regarding a state law that interferes with communities' abilities to pass indoor-air ordinances.

The Gallatin City-County Board of Health recently passed a resolution saying the state should not deprive local governments of the power to protect residents from second-hand smoke."
